Product Introduction

of ISO2409-1992.
Applicable to GB /T9286-98, BS 3900E6/ASTM D3359.
The instrument draw the grid of a certain size by a certain specification of the tools
by using the uniform force,cut and penetrate the coating to be a grid lattice graphics,
to evaluate the adhesion of coating
on the substrate through the assessment of the
full extent of the grid.

Working principle and scope

Instruction
1.The specimen must be prepared according to ISOR1514 and ISO2828 requirements.
2.The test piece is placed on the tablet hardness sufficient.

7.The test at least at three different locations on the test piece is completed,if the test
results of three different positions, the experiment should be repeated at more than
three positions, all while recording the results.
To replace the multi-blade cutter, use a screwdriver blade Loosen the two screws,
put the knives, knife blade attached to the handle side of the site, and tighten the screws.
Please Attention
1.All cuts should be through the coating, but not too deep cut substrates.
2.As a result of the coating is too thick and hard and can not penetrate the
material in the end,the experiment is not valid, but it should be stated in the test report.
3.The test must be a US company 3M tape produced 610-1PK special tape test(or otherwise specified test tape). The tape posted on the whole cross
hatch, and then
tore off the minimum angle, the result may be in proportion to the gum off the area
determined according to the film surface.
4.The test should be carried out at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ℃ and relative humidity
of 50 ± 5%.
