Introduction

the power on at the backside of
the display device, with an audio
prompt:" thanks for choosing KR,
please select the operation mode",
there are three modes for selection:
1.Training; 2.individual; 3.duo. Upon
the mode is selected, the audio
prompt follows as:" please select the
operating frequency",
there are two operating frequencies for
selection: 1.100times/ minutes;
2.120times/minute. When the operating
frequency is selected,
the audio prompt follows as:" please press
the start button".
The clockwise counting, the operation
starts.
