1. Be sure to install the air pipes to the corresponding positions marked with numbers during assembly to avoid wrong connection.

2. The machine has a double-sheet detection function and will stop and give an alarm when double sheets are detected.

3. Keep hands away from the suction zone and conveyor gaps during operation to prevent crushing injury.

4. Stack sheets neatly on the feeding table. Remove wrinkled, warped, stuck or damaged paper to avoid double feed, missing feed and paper jams.

5. Avoid prolonged no-load running. Shut down and cut off power immediately if abnormal noise, jams, frequent double sheets or weak suction occurs.

6. Do not place any things at the bottom of the paper feeding table, keep the bottom clean and free of debris. The air pump can only be stored on the side of the machine.

Air Pump

The machine is equipped with an external independent vacuum pump to deliver stable suction for thick and rough card paper. The structural design prevents contamination of printed sheets.

1. Loosen the paper, stack the paper in the center of the paper table, place the paper stopper, and place the round rod in place.

2. Click on the screen to raise the paper table and confirm if the paper lifting height is at the 2mm position.

3. Adjust the position of pull gauge.

4. Adjust the position of feeder.

5. Set the screen parameters.

6. Startup sequence:
(1) Lift the paper table.
(2) Start the main machine.
(3) Start the air pump.
(4) Suck a sheet of paper.
(5) Start air suction.

7. Shutdown sequence:
(1) Stop air suction.
(2) Stop the air pump.
(3) Stop the main machine.
