Electrical Safety:
1. The machine requires AC 220V/60Hz 3-phase power supply with proper grounding.
2. Use a dedicated circuit with appropriate circuit breaker rated for 22kW.
3. All electrical connections must be performed by a qualified electrician.
4. Disconnect power and wait for complete stop before maintenance.

Operational Safety:
1. Do not exceed the rated capacity of 200-500kg/h.
2. Do not feed metal objects, stones or other hard foreign materials into the machine.
3. In case of abnormal noise, vibration or overheating, stop the machine immediately.
4. Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area.

Driving Motor

The high power three phase asynchronous motor provides strong power and high torque to avoid stalling during crushing. It has good heat dissipation, supports long time continuous operation and prevents overheating failures.
　

Crushing Assembly

The machine adopts a combined multi blade structure with reasonable layout, delivering powerful impact shearing performance and high crushing efficiency. The output particle size can be flexibly adjusted by replacing mesh screens to meet various fineness requirements.
　

Electric Control Box

The electric control box provides superior protection against dust ingress and safeguards internal electrical components. The ammeter enables real time visual monitoring of operating current. Start, stop and emergency stop buttons are integrated on the panel for simple and intuitive operation.
　

Frequency Inverter

The dedicated frequency inverter enables easy parameter setting. The spindle speed can be freely adjusted to achieve the optimal crushing speed for materials of different textures and hardness. The soft start function reduces instantaneous starting current and mechanical shock to protect the motor and cutter assembly.
　

Pre-Operation Inspection
1. Check all fasteners and screws for tightness. Retighten them if loose.
2. Ensure the gap between rotating blades and fixed blades is properly adjusted.
3. Inspect the machine interior for metal objects or foreign matter. Remove any debris.
4. Manually rotate the inertia wheel to verify smooth rotation.
5. Check that the screen mesh is properly installed and not damaged.
6. Verify the V-belt tension and condition.
7. Ensure the discharge container is in place.

Machine Startup
1. Close all access doors and secure safety latches.
2. Turn on the main power supply.
3. Start the discharge airlock motor.
4. Start the main motor and verify correct rotation direction.
5. Allow the machine to run idle for 2-3 minutes to warm up.
6. Begin feeding materials slowly and evenly.
7. Monitor operation. If overload occurs, stop feeding immediately; resume after normal operation returns.
8. If any abnormal noise, vibration, or smell is detected, stop the machine immediately and investigate.

Shutdown Procedure
1. Stop feeding materials and allow the machine to run until the chamber is empty.
2. Stop the main motor.
3. Wait 1 minute, and then stop the discharge airlock motor.
4. Turn off the main power supply.
