I. Safety Operation
▲Safety First: Never place hands, hair, or any body parts
near the moving parts (such as pressure rollers and conveyor
belts) while the machine is in operation.
▲Grounding Protection: The equipment must be reliably
grounded to ensure electrical safety and prevent electric shock
hazards.
▲Proper Attire: Operators should avoid wearing loose
clothing, gloves, or jewelry that could be caught in the
machinery.
▲Trained Personnel Only: The machine should only be
operated and maintained by trained professionals. Unauthorized
personnel should keep away from the machine during operation.
II. Pre-Operation Checklist
▲Check Fasteners: Before each use, inspect all screws and
components for tightness to ensure the machine is structurally
secure.
▲Cleaning & Lubrication: Ensure the rollers and conveyor
belt are clean. Lubricate moving parts (e.g., bearings, guides)
regularly with food-grade lubricant as specified.
▲Gap Adjustment: Adjust the roller gap according to the
desired dough thickness before starting the machine. Do not
adjust the gap while the machine is running to avoid gear
damage.
III. During Operation
▲Even Feeding: Feed divided dough pieces evenly and
continuously into the hopper. Avoid overloading the inlet to
prevent jams.
▲Foreign Object Prevention: Strictly prevent metal,
stones, or other hard objects from entering the machine with the
dough, as they can cause severe damage to the rollers and molds.
▲Dough Condition: Ensure the dough has appropriate
hardness. Dough that is too soft or too hard may affect shaping
quality and increase mechanical load.
IV. Maintenance & Cleaning
▲Power Off for Maintenance: Always disconnect the power
supply completely before performing any cleaning, maintenance,
or adjustment tasks.
▲Prompt Cleaning: Clean the rollers, conveyor belt, and
molds thoroughly after daily use to prevent dough residue from
hardening, which compromises hygiene and machine accuracy.
▲Regular Inspection: Periodically check the tension of
the drive belt and the wear of key components. Replace any worn
parts promptly.
▲Professional Repair: If a malfunction occurs that you
cannot resolve, contact qualified technical personnel
immediately. Do not disassemble core components by yourself. |

Top 304 Stainless Steel Shaping Chain Mesh
Located at the top of the machine, this chain mesh serves the
essential function of gently confining and shaping the dough
sheet after it passes through the rollers. Constructed from
food-grade 304 stainless steel, it guarantees hygiene and
corrosion resistance. The mesh structure provides crucial
support while limiting excessive lateral spreading, effectively
guiding the soft dough sheet into the next forming stage to
prevent edge cracking or deformation, thereby ensuring uniform
width and structural integrity of the final product. |
Centralized and Intuitive Control Panel
The two top handwheels directly correspond to adjusting the
chrome-plated roller gap (for dough thickness) and the white
drum roller spacing (for dough length), enabling precise and
rapid setup of key dimensions. The dedicated conveyor speed
knob, positioned adjacent to the prominent start/stop buttons,
allows operators to seamlessly adjust the production pace during
operation. This user-centric design significantly simplifies the
workflow, minimizes setup time, and ensures any operator can
quickly master the machine to consistently produce products with
uniform specifications.
|
High-Precision Food-Grade Chrome-Plated Pressure Roller
The rollers feature a food-grade chrome-plated surface, offering
smooth operation, wear resistance, and non-stick properties,
which guarantee no contamination and comply with the highest
hygiene standards. With a precisely adjustable gap range of
1-20mm, it provides versatile handling for everything from thin
sheets to thick dough pieces, ensuring uniform thickness across
all your products with a single machine. |

|
Flexible Inlet Guide Fence
The inlet features an innovative flexible guide fence comprising
six food-grade PU rods on each side. This system creates a
precise guiding channel that gently aligns each dough piece,
ensuring it enters the machine in the correct position from the
very first step. Superior to a solid baffle, this design
effectively prevents misalignment while avoiding potential dough
damage from rigid impact, establishing a critical foundation for
producing consistently shaped and uniformly thick products in
the subsequent rolling and forming stages. |
Professional Blue Food-Grade PU Conveyor Belt
This belt is made of food-grade PU with a distinctive blue color
that provides excellent visual contrast against dough for
enhanced safety inspection. The material offers superior
abrasion and oil resistance, outperforming standard PVC in
longevity to reduce long-term costs. Its surface ensures stable
dough handling, and the precise 23.6-inch width is engineered
for seamless integration into high-efficiency production lines. |
Inter-Level Transition Guide Plate
The machine features a thoughtfully designed guide plate at
critical inter-level transfer points. Its primary function is to
gently direct the dough, ensuring a controlled and smooth
transition as it moves from an upper to a lower conveyor. This
design effectively prevents deformation, splattering, or
misalignment that can occur from a free fall, fundamentally
guaranteeing the continuity of the molding process and the
consistency of the final product. |

Precise Length Adjustment Handwheel
The dual handwheels at the top of the machine allow for precise
control over the gap between the first and second conveyor
tiers. This design enables operators to quickly and linearly
adjust the dough's stretching length based on product
requirements (e.g., standard toast or long baguettes), achieving
accurate control over the final product size. The intuitive and
synchronized adjustment process ensures uniform dough
elongation, serving as a core function for maintaining
consistent product specifications across high-volume production. |
Three-Tier Gentle Stretching System
This design utilizes a stepped, three-tier conveyor layout to
provide the dough with a gradual and gentle stretching process.
It avoids the damage to the gluten network caused by a single,
drastic stretch, effectively preserving the dough's internal
structure and vitality. Simultaneously, this layered elongation
allows ample time for natural degassing, resulting in a more
even gas distribution. This process ultimately ensures the final
baked product has a finer, more uniform crumb structure and
optimal texture.

Heavy-Duty Leveling Casters (with Brake)
Equipped with four heavy-duty leveling casters, this machine
combines effortless mobility with rock-solid stability. To move,
simply push the entire unit. Once in position, rotating the
screw mechanism lowers the support feet, lifting the machine off
the ground to eliminate any instability from the wheels. Coupled
with the central braking function, this system guarantees
absolute stability during high-speed operation, providing a
critical foundation for consistent production quality. |

Phase 1: Pre-Operation Setup
1. Positioning & Stabilizing: Move the machine to the desired
location. Rotate the screws on the four leveling casters to
lower the support feet, lifting the machine off the ground for
stability, and engage the brakes.
2. Inspection & Cleaning: Inspect the pressure rollers, conveyor
belts, and chain mesh to ensure they are clean and free of
foreign objects. Check that all screws are tight.
3. Parameter Setting: Based on the dough type (e.g., toast,
baguette), pre-adjust the roller gap (1-20mm) and conveyor speed
while the machine is powered OFF.
Phase 2: Startup & Operation
4. Power On: Ensure the emergency stop button is released, then
turn on the main power switch.
5. Test Run (No Load): Start the machine and let it run without
dough for 1-2 minutes. Listen for any abnormal noises or
vibrations.
