| Steam label shrink machine has the
advantages of high thermal efficiency, uniform temperature in
the shrinkage chamber, stable and reliable performance, accurate
temperature control. The packaged items are heated more
uniformly, the surface is more flat after packaging, not easy to
crease. It is the use of product labeling film wrapped around
the outside of the product, after steam heating, so that the
labeling film contraction wrapped tightly around the product,
the full display of the appearance of the goods, to increase the
aesthetic and the sense of value. Mainly used for daily
chemicals, beverages and other products after the set of heat
shrinkable labels. Any bottle type can be simply adjusted to
achieve the effect of flat appearance and beautiful shrinkage. |

| 1. Circuit installation tips: Please
turn off the power supply and water supply before installation.
2. The power supply must be equipped with
an independent supporting control switch, overload protection,
and leakage protection switch. It should be connected to
reliable grounding protection, and wiring must meet the
corresponding power standards. All grounding must comply with
national regulations.
3. Power supply voltage must be
maintained within ±5% fluctuation range, otherwise equipment
operation may be affected. For 220V connections, correctly
identify the neutral wire (marked 'N') to prevent incorrect
wiring.
4. Do not reach your
hands into the heating chamber or touch the heating tunnel
casing while the machine is operating to prevent burns. |

Drain Tray
The drain tray is located in the lower part of the
machine, and there are four hooks on the machine to hang the
tray, which can effectively collect condensate and discharge it
through a centralized discharge system to keep the working
environment dry. |
Guard Bar
There are two layers of guard bar on both
sides of the conveyor belt to prevent the bottle from turning
over; The spacing of the guard bar can be adjusted to adapt
bottles of different diameters. The maximum packaging width is
10cm. |

Note: Before use,
carefully check whether all parts are properly installed and
ensure all connections are tightly secured. Then proceed
according to the operating procedure.
1.Turn on the main power switch.
2.Turn on the power switch on the speed control panel.
3.Adjust the running speed of the motor by adjusting the speed
control knob.
4.Operation adjustment:
Connect the steam boiler and the heat shrinkable furnace, adjust
the conveyor speed of the chain plate, open the steam boiler
valve, and send steam to the furnace body. When the temperature
in the furnace body reaches 80 degrees Celsius, it can work
normally.
5.Shut down:
Before leaving get off work, you must turn off the power switch,
cut off the power supply, and unplug the power supply. |
