3. Do not remove any safety guards or covers while the machine is operating.

4. If abnormal vibration, noise, or smell is detected, stop the machine immediately and disconnect the power supply.

5. Always disconnect the power supply and wait for the blade to completely stop before cleaning, maintenance, or blade replacement.

6. Keep electrical components dry. Never spray water directly onto the motor or control panel.

Driving Motor

Feeding Hopper

Cutting Assembly

The cutting assembly is precisely manufactured from stainless steel. The blades can be easily disassembled and replaced to achieve shredding, flat slicing and crinkle slicing. The rigid blade holder is wear-resistant and deformation-proof, supporting long continuous processing of potatoes, carrots, ginger and other root vegetables.
　

Universal Caster

The machine is equipped with heavy-duty leveling casters and can be moved effortlessly to different work stations. With lifting locking function, the machine is firmly fixed during operation to prevent shifting and shaking during high-speed cutting. The casters feature strong load capacity and impact resistance.
　

2. Place a collection container beneath the discharge outlet.

3. Press the start button to start the machine. Allow it to run in a no-load state for 1-2 minutes to verify normal operation.

4. Gradually feed prepared vegetables into the feeding hopper at a steady controlled speed.

5. Monitor the shredding output and ensure the discharge is unobstructed.

6. When finished, stop feeding and allow the machine to run for a few seconds to clear remaining materials.

7. Press the stop button and disconnect the power supply.
