| The spray wash cabinet is a
professional spraying cleaning machine specially designed for
spraying the cleaning solution to the workpiece surface to
remove oil stains, iron scraps and other dirt. It adopts the
combination of high-pressure flow and mechanical rotation of
Φ800mm cleaning basket, achieving 360˚ efficient and thorough
cleaning of large metal workpieces. The rotary spraying cleaning
machine can be widely applied to oil and chip removal and
cleaning of hubs, brake discs, castings, parts, fasteners and
other parts and is suitable for the industries of automobile
accessories, hardware, etc. |

1. Press the brakes of the
casters to ensure that the machine is installed stably, and
connect the power cord and ground wire as required.
2. Install the cleaning
machine in a well-ventilated and dry place.
3. Do not let the solution
splash onto the electrical parts when filling the liquid.
4. Make sure that the heating
tube submerges in the liquid before turning on the heating. When
there is no cleaning liquid or the liquid level does not reach
the working liquid level, it is forbidden to start the heating,
otherwise the heating tube will be damaged.
5. When there is too much
sediment in the cleaning tank, it should be flushed and removed
in time.
6. When there is cleaning
liquid in the cleaning tank, do not move the equipment to
prevent the cleaning liquid from overflowing.
7. Close the cover to reduce
noise when cleaning. When opening the cover, be careful of water
droplets and steam burns to the skin. |

nozzles can spray the high-pressure cleaning solution to remove
the metal scraps, dust and oil stains on the workpiece surface,

Cleaning Basket
The Φ800mm stainless steel
cleaning basket is firm and durable, can bear the load of up to
250kg, is easy to disassemble and maintain and convenient to
clean. It can be driven to rotate to achieve complete cleaning
of the workpieces.

Filtering System
The micro-sized filter can effectively filter the
floating oil and particles and reduce the cleaning
solution replacement frequency.

starting the machine, please confirm:
1. The machine is installed stably
and the shell is well grounded.
2. Connect the main drain pipe
under the machine body to the factory's drainage system.
3. Connect the power cord
correctly and firmly as required.
4. Inject cleaning fluid to the
working liquid level. |
