| The moving die rheometer is

| 1. Ensure the power supply
conforms to the parameter requirements of the machine, and
reliable grounding is achieved.
2. Keep the compressed air clean,
dry and stable at the pressure of 0.5MPa. Over-pressure air
supply is strictly prohibited.
3. Do not touch the
high-temperature die cavity and heating elements during
operation. Do not put hands into the machine during operation.
4. Do not put metal foreign
matter or hard impurities into the die cavity.
5. Wear heat-resistant
protective gloves during operation.
6. Set parameters in strict
accordance with the test standard. Do not alter the parameters
at will.
7. After each test, clean the
die cavity thoroughly with special cleaning tools. Do not scrape
the sealing surface of the die cavity.
8.
Outrange/over-temperature/over-pressure operation is strictly
prohibited. 9. There
is no air compressor included in the packing list. Customers
should use their own air compressors. |

Protective Cover

Air Source Treatment Unit
The high-precision pressure
regulating valve and pressure gauge are integrated to achieve
accurate pressure control and ensure the stability of die
closing force. The impurities in the compressed air can be
effectively filtered away.

Heat Dissipation System
The
cooling fan is adopted to quickly dissipate the heat generated
by internal parts, improving the performance stability during
continuous long-term testing. The metal protective net is firm

Computer Control System
The
computer control system has powerful performance, can operate
the test software stably and is suitable for continuous testing
in laboratories. It supports flexible setting and storage of
test parameters and results and has good compatibility and
reliability.

Connect the machine to the air supply and 110V power supply with
reliable grounding. 2.
Connect the host computer, monitor, printer and other
accessories to the machine.
3. Turn on the power switch,
start the computer, run the test software and set the related
parameters as needed.
4. Press the open/close button to
close the die cavity.
5. Press the heating button to
heat the die until the temperature reaches the set value.
6. After reaching the set
temperature, press the open/close button to open the die cavity.
7. Put the to-be-tested material
into the die cavity, close the die cavity and start testing.
8. After testing, open the die
cavity and take out the tested material timely. |
