1. The machine must be operated
by trained personnel only. Untrained individuals are prohibited
from operating the equipment.
2. During operation, never put hands
or other body parts into the drum.
3. When the drum is rotating,
keep away from the drive chain, belt, reducer and other moving
parts.
4. Machine surfaces reach high
temperatures during operation. Do not touch the drum exterior or
areas near the heating elements to avoid burns.
5. Ensure the machine is
properly grounded and periodically inspect the grounding
connection.
6. Do not store flammable or
explosive materials near the machine.
7. If the machine has a fault
or produces abnormal noise, press the emergency stop button
immediately and cut off power. Do not restart until the cause
has been identified.
8 When inspecting or cleaning
the machine, confirm that the main power has been disconnected
and the machine has completely cooled down.
9. Electric heating elements
are high-power components. Do not leave the machine running
unattended for extended periods.
10. Periodically inspect
electrical wiring and control components. Replace any aged or
damaged parts promptly. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates all operating and monitoring
components, and features clear digital display, precise
temperature control, forward/reverse rotation control, mode
selection, etc. Operators can start and stop the machine, set
the temperature, and monitor the operational status through the
control panel.

Fan System
The machine is equipped with one
extraction fan rated at 370W. The fan removes the humid air
generated in the drying process from the drum, accelerating the
drying process and preventing material quality degradation due
to excessive humidity.

Feed Hopper
The feed hopper is of a trapezoidal
structure and is used to feed materials into the drum smoothly.
The hopper is designed to allow convenient manual or assisted
feeding, with an opening size suitable for conventional
production requirements.

Transmission Assembly
The transmission assembly is of an
integrated structure. The motor reduces the speed and increases
the torque through the reducer, and then drives the drum to
rotate via chains. The reducer and motor are mounted for easy
routine maintenance and inspection.

Drying Drum
The drum is
fabricated from rolled steel plate with welded seams. The
interior surface is smooth and the exterior is insulated.
Materials inside the drum tumble continuously as the drum
rotates, making full contact with the heat radiated from the
heating elements to achieve uniform drying.

Lifting Lugs
The standard
lifting lugs are simple in structure and low in cost, can
precisely transmit and disperse the lifting load, improve the
lifting safety and efficiency. The lifting lugs can be
compatible with shackles, lifting strips and other tackles and
quickly achieve horizontal lifting and accurate positioning.

1. Connect the machine to the 220V 3-phase power supply with
reliable grounding.
2. Turn on the fan switch to
start the extraction fan.
3. Turn on the drum rotation
switch to bring the drum into normal operation.
4. Turn on the heating switch.
After the temperature display indicates normal heating, material
may be fed into the drum. For first-time use, add material
gradually in small batches to observe drying results and become
familiar with machine performance.
5. During drying, adjust the
heating temperature via the temperature controller according to
material characteristics and drying requirements.
6. For discharge, stop the drum
completely, then activate the reverse switch to gradually
discharge the finished product.
7. After operation, thoroughly
remove debris from inside the dryer. The interior may be rinsed
with clean water; after rinsing, rotate in reverse to drain the
wastewater.
8. To shut down the machine, stop
feeding material into the drum. After the material inside the
drum has been basically discharged, turn off the heating switch.
Wait until the drum interior temperature drops below 80 degrees
Celsius, and then turn off the fan and drum rotation. Finally,
disconnect the main power supply.
Note: Do not directly
disconnect all power while the machine is still at high
temperature, as this may damage heating elements or affect the
service life.
